Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
24 inch Box Jump, 30 reps 16" box
115 pound Push Press, 20 reps 40 ibs - bar only
30 Pull-ups 120 assist
2 1/3 rounds + 4 push press = Exhausted! Laid on the mat for about 5 minute recovering.
