OKC Memorial Marathon Relay
Ran the last leg of the OKC Memorial Marathon Relay. Strong winds from the south the whole way. 1:09:17

Dirty Thirty? A day late...
For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box 30 Box Jumps, 4 small and 2 reg.
50 Jumping pull-ups 30 assisted at 130
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood 30 with 12 lb dumbbell
Walking Lunge, 50 steps 30 lunges
50 Knees to elbows 30 knee to elbow - 30 each side
50 Push press, 45 pounds 30 push press - 10 lbs each hand
50 Back extensions did 30 supermans
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball 30 with 8 lbs
50 Burpees 30 with knee push-ups
50 Double unders only managed 5 and did those one at a time. did 100 reg.
This work out was really hard for me. Had to lay on the floor for about a minute during the double unders - was dizzy.
Total time:21.47

Warm Day At Bluff Creek
I met up with Peggy today to do the short loop at Bluff Creek - 3.5 miles. Today is the first really warm day of the year - some 91 degrees, and boy did we feel it. Even with extra walk breaks we were both worn out. I'm glad I got the run in.

I wanted to do this one, but someone commented that you really need to alternate legs when kicking into the handstand. I can't do it with left foot forward - tried - too much potential for getting hurt. Will practice those later

Draper Club Run
Ran today with OTRA. Planned to do about 4 miles, but hung with them for 8. I feel pretty good. No idea what the time was as we stopped in th eparking lot for quite a while. Ran yellow and green at Draper.

5 at Bluff Creek
Although I was pretty tired from the Crossfit workout this morning, I decided to go for a run. I'm still being drawn to running a 50 mile event. I love for this to be at Palo Duro where I did my first 50K. I went out to Bluff Creek and relly pushed it! While on the extension loop I was practically grunting with fatigue, but I kept going with no extra walk breaks.
My time was 59:44 - a bit slower than last week, but I had to walk about a minute through 'shoe-sucking ' mud. 5:1
